Friday night I rode along with my brother and the kiddos to have dinner at my sister's place. She was watching the kids this weekend and Tony was going to make dinner for them. We had chicken and steak fajitas (I had chicken, I am not a fan of steak). I had a rough day at work and really needed a relaxing night. I had plenty of calories so I enjoyed a few beers with dinner. It was just what I needed. I woke up Saturday morning around 4 am . with a horrible headache (and no, it wasn't a hangover lol!). I slept off and on all day until I had to get up for work at 3. It felt a lot better later that night thankfully. When I got home I wanted to just munch on something and I really hadn't had a lot to eat since I was pretty much in bed all day. But instead of going crazy I just made some popcorn. It tasted like crap so I only ate a little bit of it. Sunday morning I woke up in the strangest mood. I didn't feel like lounging around like I normally do on my days off. I decided to clean the bathroom. Once I was done with that, I was just sitting around and decided to organize my room. That turned into full blown rearranging my room. 6 hrs later I finally finished. I was exhausted! But it was a terrific work out. And I am really sore from it today.
Today has been a good day. My headache is back and it has been getting worse all day. I think it is weather related because we are expecting a ice/snow storm starting tomorrow. I planned on going to ZUMBA tonight but I think I have talked myself out of it. I know I don't know what it is. I need to either go to ZUMBA or go to the gym. I don't know what it is going to take to lose the grudge I have against working out. I do know that once it warms up outside I will be more likely to go walking than anything else. That is really when I went down hill the last time I was on a roll. Once it started getting cold I started not caring about my work out and then diet.
